In which areas of responsibility my consulting brings measurable results: control over development of current products, new products, control over promotion (user price in particular, especially in light of the launch of the affiliate program, which greatly reduces user price), bizdev (in terms of collab, comarketing, technology partnerships). DA control, especially in terms of data collection clarity.

Audit risk calculation, business processes (staging, debugging and auditing so that what costs 150 hours doesn't cost 300), branding and compliance checking in usptm, product request aggregation (including studying competitors in sensor tower). 

Corporate culture (internal HR branding, implementing gifts, vacations, correct meetups), team building, scrum processes, improving sync between departments. Also issues of userbase retention and increasing the internal value of the product (to avoid spontaneous formation of a dangerous parabola and pyramidal structure). 

Support culture, admin work, shilling department, crowd-activities (gathering the most passionate part of the community). User acquisition (inviting, parsing with warming through proxy groups, referrals and networkers to catch up, take from everywhere where there are organics, including crew3-like things and marketplaces, comarketing, etc.).

Reskinning products for self-competition and squeezing real competitors out of the market. 

This is a small part of it.

In short, I make cheaper what tends to become unaffordable, develop new things from scratch, turning the project into an ecosystem, streamline and comb everything internally, realizing who is bucking the clock and who is acting out of their role effectively.

If there is a hr department, qa and ba department, sales department, bizdev - great, we will improve it, if not yet - we will raise it, because these departments determine the efficiency of the company.

Basically I act as a cpo/cio. An important feature - due to the overwhelming prevalence of experience over energy (although many people do not believe it, because I am still thermonuclear)) - I prefer tasks with high required expertise and small OP, because I am too kind and often helped in OP).

In general - if you want to increase the value of the company ×2 inexpensively - this is task for me.

About risk prevention (risk-driven management): you can also specify where you are burning or where you need expertise in the company right now and we will hit that direction.

What else I can help you with in the area of bizdev and investment acquisition: control of funds, hedge funds and spontaneous associations of investors (to understand how much they are HODL-ers and whether they will get out, with the rise of possible methods of capitalization retention within the ecosystem, as for example Nominex did with its tiers), control of infl (not to give money away for those who are screwed over for nothing), raising the culture of ambassadorship within the framework of a privileged partnership.

In order for me to help you, I need to understand: what resources (financial, human, etc.) are available for the goals. And what goals and how they are scattered on the roadmap (also in resources, figures, in general - measurable), what tvl/market cap you want to achieve, how many people in the team and what expertise, what value on the classic corporate market you want to achieve (before ipo / igo / ido / during / after / instead of)). Are there any crypto movements planned in European and other jurisdictions (I have a comrade and colleague - founder of a gaming company in Latvia and Turkey, he would be happy to collaborate). In general - from the current opportunities and KPIs for the future I will build on and understand how to further move the company with my consulting, advising and auditing. Write (better in Telegram, having updated, so that 200+++ working chats do not flood above your message), ask questions, we will build a competent and effective scheme of cooperation, suitable for all parties.

Big and complex projects do not take shape by themselves - they are conceived, matured, fleshed out and [if lucky] fall into the tired hands of the initiators like a divine gift.... It's always a story. Or rather, it is always a Story. A story written by extraordinary individuals. People transfixed by the incredible inner power of Creation. Those who are inspired themselves and inspire those around them. Gather the best of the best into a team and get everyone on the same page. They generate a crazy creative hurricane and create from an idea, barely fledged and pale, not just a development, but a Product! Something that then successfully enters the markets, becomes the core of the brand, takes off like a unicorn... There are very few such people in the world. I am glad that one of them, Stepan Semakov, once led the work on our project and all the things that he put in the basis of development led to the amazing "Curator" that we have now.
