In which areas of responsibility my consulting brings measurable results: control over development of current products, new products, control over promotion (user price in particular, especially in light of the launch of the affiliate program, which greatly reduces user price), bizdev (in terms of collab, comarketing, technology partnerships). DA control, especially in terms of data collection clarity.

This is a small part of it.
In short, I make cheaper what tends to become unaffordable, develop new things from scratch, turning the project into an ecosystem, streamline and comb everything internally, realizing who is bucking the clock and who is acting out of their role effectively.
If there is a hr department, qa and ba department, sales department, bizdev - great, we will improve it, if not yet - we will raise it, because these departments determine the efficiency of the company.
Basically I act as a cpo/cio. An important feature - due to the overwhelming prevalence of experience over energy (although many people do not believe it, because I am still thermonuclear)) - I prefer tasks with high required expertise and small OP, because I am too kind and often helped in OP).
In general - if you want to increase the value of the company ×2 inexpensively - this is task for me.
About risk prevention (risk-driven management): you can also specify where you are burning or where you need expertise in the company right now and we will hit that direction.
